Location: France

What you can expect

Join our growing team at ROSEN, the global leader in pipeline integrity and inspection solutions. We are currently seeking a Field Service Technician to support our Inline Inspection Division in France.

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in preparing and executing pipeline inspections at customer sites — ensuring safety, reliability, and performance for some of the world’s leading petrochemical companies.

Your mission

After completing in-depth internal training, you will be equipped to:
  • Perform pipeline inspections using ROSEN’s cutting-edge in-house inspection tools;
  • Work in both onshore and offshore environments;
  • Deliver clear, on-site reporting;
  • Ensure data integrity and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
This role is not just a job — it is a front-row seat to some of the most complex and essential engineering operations in the industry. Your work will primarily be based in France, but expect exciting opportunities to travel across Europe, Africa, and occasionally other international locations.

Your key responsibilities

  • Prepare and verify inspection tools and configurations for field use;
  • Set up, check, and launch inspection tools as per operational requirements;
  • Receive tools post-inspection and assess data quality and equipment condition;
  • Conduct light maintenance and repairs on inspection equipment;
  • Communicate directly with clients during field operations;
  • Generate reports on site activities, tool performance, and field conditions.

What you will bring

  • Technical background in Mechanical, Electronic, or related Engineering fields;
  • 1–3 years of hands-on technical or field experience;
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to timely delivery;
  • Willingness to travel up to 180 days per year;
  • Awareness of HSE practices and ability to follow safety procedures;
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); French, Italian, or Spanish is a plus;
  • Independent, resourceful, and customer-oriented mindset;
  • Cultural adaptability and great interpersonal skills.

What we offer

  • A dynamic, fast-paced role in a highly innovative and respected international company;
  • Comprehensive training and professional development;
  • The chance to work with high-end technology and expert teams across the globe;
  • An environment that encourages autonomy, teamwork, and growth.
