To expand our team in Lingen, we are looking for a
Head of Sales & Operations Planning (all genders welcome)
In the role of Head of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), you are responsible for the global governance and continuous development of the S&OP process, ensuring alignment of demand, supply, and inventory with the company’s strategic objectives.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the global S&OP process (Demand, Supply & Executive Review)
- Ensure reliable demand forecasts and efficient supply planning
- Optimize inventory levels, service performance, and global asset utilization
- Lead the central S&OP team and provide functional guidance to regional counterparts
- Integrate sales, financial, and operations planning
- Conduct scenario planning and monitor key performance indicators
- Drive continuous improvement and digitalization of planning processes and tools
What you will bring
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain / operations planning
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, ideally in an international environment
- Strong expertise in S&OP processes as well as ERP and planning tools
- Excellent analytical skills and solid financial acumen
- Strong communication skills and experience working with global stakeholders
