Senior Sales Manager

Location: Neuquén, Argentina


What you can expect

The Sales Manager understands the customer needs and develops customer relationship and continuously expand business by selling value and solutions including technical, commercial and legal aspects

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing sales strategies in accordance with ROSENs Vision and Mission
  • Recognizing and achieving goals, initiatives and core values as defined by ROSEN
  • Recognizing and developing new service, product and solution opportunities
  • Having a thorough understanding of customers needs and requirements
  • Maintaining and expanding relations with existing and new clients
  • Recognizing and fulfilling Sales Manager tasks in accordance to ROSEN Uniform Service Process
  • Generating and achieving sales and revenue goals by increasing customer satisfaction and market share
  • Forecasting and tracking of the assigned clients sales figures
  • Evaluation of market trends and gathering competitive information, identification of trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
  • Receive ROSEN product and service training
  • Maintaining established ROSEN business software systems
 

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Engineering, Economics or related fields

  • Proven experience in a senior commercial or sales management role

  • Strong understanding of customer business models, value drivers and strategic objectives

  • Demonstrated ability to reframe and challenge how customers view their business, translating insights into clear negotiation strategies and tender bids

  • Proven experience navigating complex alternatives and solutions based on customer business value and objectives

  • Ability to actively contribute to and evolve existing Customer Value Propositions (CVPs)

  • Experience identifying and driving improvements in sales processes and systems, particularly in response to changing customer behaviors

  • Strong track record in managing complex sales cycles, negotiations and high‑value opportunities

  • Excellent relationship‑building skills with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams such as Project Management, Pre‑Sales and Technical teams

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively under pressure and manage complex problem‑solving scenarios

  • High level of autonomy, ownership and decision‑making capability

  • Fluent in English and Spanish

  • Willingness to travel and visit customers and field locations when required

  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office)
