Sales Manager Non-Destructive Testing & Inspection - Benelux

What you can expect
As Sales Manager Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) & Inspection, you provide direction to the commercial growth of our inspection and integrity services for storage tanks, pipelines and NDT solutions. You build strong, long‑term customer relationships and translate market trends and customer needs into concrete commercial opportunities.
You operate in a hands‑on and results‑driven manner, with a clear focus on order intake from both new contracts and further growth within existing accounts. In this role, you directly contribute to strengthening ROSEN’s position as a leading partner within the petrochemical and Oil & Gas industry.
The Sales Manager is responsible for:
- Achieving order intake and revenue targets within the Benelux region;
- Developing and implementing customer‑ and region‑specific sales strategies;
- Maintaining and expanding strategic customer relationships;
- Identifying market developments and acquiring market and competitor intelligence;
- Increasing brand awareness of ROSEN products and services within the relevant market;
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities, including outside the standard service portfolio;
- Supporting and executing strategic market defence activities;
- Preparing technical‑commercial proposals, including risk assessments;
- Ensuring accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information in the CRM system;
- Staying informed about relevant legislation, industry standards and technological developments;
- Representing ROSEN in the market with a high level of professionalism and commercial credibility.
What you will bring
-
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO) or equivalent level of thinking and working;
- Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in a technical, customer‑facing role within petrochemical or Oil & Gas environments;
- Solid knowledge of inspection and integrity standards, such as EEMUA 159, API 570, NDT and PGS 29;
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to listen effectively and ask the right questions;
- Ability to combine products, services and resources into a compelling Customer Value Proposition;
- Excellent communication, commercial and interpersonal skills;
- High level of drive, independence and result‑orientation;
- Stress‑resistant, flexible and effective in a dynamic market environment;
- Willingness to travel, nationally and on an occasional basis internationally;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
The Sales Manger is expected to be based close to the market, preferably in the Rotterdam/Amsterdam region.
