Field Service Technician (inline inspection)

To support our growing Inline Inspection Division, we are looking for a motivated Field Service Technician to join our team in France.
Your role
As a Field Service Technician, you will be at the heart of our field operations. After completing in-depth internal training, you will take part in preparing and executing inline inspections at customer sites, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-quality operations.
This is a hands-on, international role offering exposure to complex and essential engineering operations in both onshore and offshore environments. Your work will primarily be based in France, but expect exciting opportunities to travel across Europe, Africa, and occasionally other international locations.
Your mission
You will be responsible for:
- Performing pipeline inspections using ROSEN’s cutting-edge in-house inspection tools;

Supporting safe and efficient field operations in accordance with strict HSE standards;
- Delivering accurate on-site reporting and clear client communication;
- Ensuring high data quality and equipment performance throughout operations.
Your key responsibilities
- Prepare and verify inspection tools and configurations for field use;
- Set up, check, and launch inspection tools as per operational requirements;
- Receive tools post-inspection and assess data quality and equipment condition;
- Conduct light maintenance and repairs on inspection equipment;
- Communicate directly with clients during field operations;
- Generate reports on site activities, tool performance, and field conditions.
What you will bring
- Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or a related engineering field;
- 1–3 years of practical experience in a technical, operational, or field-based role;
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to timely delivery;
- Willingness to travel a minimum of 180 days per year;
- Awareness of HSE practices and ability to follow safety procedures;
- Fluent French and English (written and spoken); Italian, or Spanish is an advantage;
- Independent, resourceful, and customer-oriented mindset;
- Cultural adaptability and great interpersonal skills.
