Project Manager
Location: ROSEN Dubai
ROSEN Middle East in Dubai - Jabel Ali FreeZone. SPECIALIZED IN PIPELINE INSPECTION
What you can expect
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:- Achieving the project objectives with respect to its agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality
- Reviewing the scope of work, legal and commercial terms and conditions
- Executing the project in line with customer's expectations, HSE rules, corporate guidelines, processes, policies, governance and the law
- Creating the work break down structure, define and sequence the activities
- Estimating resource requirements incl. duration and developing the master schedule
- Acquiring the project team through Resourcing departments, optimal for the given scope of work
- Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
- Establishing communication to project team and customer on a regular base
- Identifying and analyzing project risks, monitor and control those risks
- Monitoring and controlling project work, schedule and budget
- Managing project invoicing and cash flow
- Identifying and managing changes during project execution
- Approving final project deliverables
- Identifying and communicating additional sales opportunities
- Administering the contract and closing the project
- Ensuring completeness of project documentation
- Documenting lessons learned and best practices
What you will bring
- Education – Bachelors Degree - preferred fields include, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering
- Capabilities – Excellent verbal and written English skills; highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite products; highly proficient in working in digital document environments; highly proficient keyboard skills with low error rate; experience in a professional office environment; highly proficient in proof-reading and editing.
- Interests: Ambitious and interested in working on the combination of high technology and commercial conditions
