What you can expect

For our location in Lingen (Germany) we are looking for a

Receptionist (all gernders welcome) in part-time 


RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Office organization and ensuring a smooth, daily workflow 
• General and administrative office tasks, such as mail processing
• Management and provision of daily consumables
• Visitor management and reception of guests
• Coordination with internal departments (e.g. purchasing, HR, IT, etc.)
• Support in the planning and implementation of events

What you will bring

 

• Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk) or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in team assistance/secretarial/reception desirable
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented, friendly demeanor
