What you can expect

To strengthen our team at the Lingen (Ems) site, we are looking for a

Product Specialist (Hardware) for the support of the In-Line Inspection Tool Fleet - Crack Detection (all genders welcome)

ROSEN's high-tech equipment is used worldwide for in-line inspections (ILI) of large oil and gas pipelines. These "tools" travel through the pipelines and record large amounts of data, which can be used to detect damage (e.g. cracks, rust, dents) in the pipe wall.

In a training course lasting several months, you will learn the skills of a technical product and support manager within the ROSEN Group. With this experience and further training, you will then be the technical contact person for the ROSEN Offices worldwide.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Technical contact person for the worldwide ROSEN locations, in particular technical sales, project management and workshop
  • Planning, coordination and control of technical modifications to our inspection equipment in the field of crack detection (Ultrasound)
  • Coordination and support of relevant areas of research and development
  • Coordination with interface areas, in particular with production and colleagues at our locations worldwide
  • Life cycle management of the relevant products and components including second level support
  • Creation and maintenance of relevant technical documentation as well as training material

What you will bring

  • Interest in technology or measurement systems, ideally a technical/scientific background through training or studies 
  • Very strong sense of responsibility and problem-solving-oriented thinking as well as the ability to develop improvements

  • Confident manner and very good communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Good language skills in German and English language (written and spoken)
