We are looking for you to join our team at our location in Lingen (Ems) as a



Technical Project Coordinator (all genders welcome) 
– Inline Inspection Tools 




RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Proactive communication and coordination with managers, workshop team members and other stakeholders at an early stage (e.g., status updates, changes, etc.)
  • Coordinate with various project managers to optimize the use of our inspection equipment fleet
  • Ensure that the inspection equipment provided meets the project specifications
  • Lead and supervise the execution of inspection equipment preparation according to project budget, quality standards and schedule
  • Provide and request required information from team members
  • Ensure that the assigned team is able to implement the results according to the set deadlines in compliance with customer and QHSE standards
  • Document lessons learned and share valuable information

What you will bring

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in the economic-technical field, qualification as a state-certified technical engineer, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the coordination of technical projects is desirable 
  • A structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Very good project management and communication skills, as well as assertiveness
  • Willingness to undertake occasional national and international business trips
  • Good written and spoken English and German skills
