To support our team in Dresden (Radebeul) we are looking for anOffice-Administrator / Receptionist (all genders welcome), part-time
The Office-Administrator / Receptionist is responsible for providing secretarial, administrative and team-oriented support in an effective and efficient manner. The main tasks and responsibilities are (but not limited to the list below).
Your tasks & responsibilities:
- Maintaining the office / workspace and ensuring smooth daily operations
- Organizing meetings, corporate events and external activities
- General / administrative related office tasks, e.g. handling and documenting incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Procuring and managing office supplies and necessary equipment
- Assisting employees with organizational issues and requests
- Coordination with our internal departments in Lingen (e.g. HR, Purchasing, IT, Facility)
- Hosting visitors and guests (occasionally)
What you will bring
You impress with your reliable and independent way of working as well as your organisational talent. You also have:- A successfully completed apprenticeship (e.g. industrial clerk, office clerk) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in office administration, office support, team assistance
- Good written as well as spoken German and English
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills as well as a service-orientated, friendly behaviour and a distinctive proactive way of working
