Regional Sales Manager

Description

The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying and proactively pursuing new business opportunities in the South East Asia Region, through the development of new and existing business contacts, and conducting customer visits , locally and overseas.
 
-Close customer relationships and continuous business expansion.
-Create customer awareness of ROSEN products and services.
-Understand customer’s needs and to implement resulting strategies to improve market penetration.
-Representing the ROSEN Group to the customer during the sales process for Sales , Pricing, Scope and Contract Negotiations & Risk Management within a region or group of customers as assigned.
-Close follow up during project execution with Service Coordinator and customer.
-Achieve targets as defined.
-Provide thorough, correct and sufficient information to Proposals and Contracts department in order to enable a successful project execution.
-Up-to-date with ROSEN products and services portfolio.
-Collaborate closely with local representatives in the individual region. 
 

Requirements

-Bachelor’s Degree
-Minimum 10 years relevant working experience in sales.
-Proven and documented track record in Oil & Gas industry an advantage.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential)
-Confidence and ability to build effective working relationships and work collaboratively within and across teams.
-Motivated individual with reward based on the delivery of result.
-Willing to travel as required.
