Sales Manager cum Project Manager

Sales Manager understands the customer needs and develops customer relationship andcontinuously expand business by selling value and solutions including technical, commercial and legal aspectsResponsible for
- Creating and implementing sales strategies in accordance with ROSENs Vision and Mission
- Recognizing and achieving goals, initiatives and core values as defined by ROSEN
- Recognizing and developing new service, product and solution opportunities
- Having a thorough understanding of customers needs and requirements
- Maintaining and expanding relations with existing and new clients
- Recognizing and fulfilling Sales Manager tasks in accordance to Uniform Process [UP]
- Generating and achieving sales and revenue goals by increasing customer satisfaction and market share
- Forecasting and tracking of the assigned clients sales figures
- Evaluation of market trends and gathering competitive information, identification of trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
- Receive ROSEN product and service training
- Maintaining established ROSEN business software systems
Responsible for
- Achieving the project objectives with respect to its agreed scope, budget, schedule and quality
- Reviewing the scope of work, legal and commercial terms and conditions
- Executing the project in line with customer's expectations, HSE rules, corporate guidelines, processes, policies, governance and the law
- Creating the work break down structure, define and sequence the activities
- Estimating resource requirements incl. duration and developing the master schedule
- Acquiring the project team through Resourcing departments, optimal for the given scope of work
- Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals
- Establishing communication to project team and customer on a regular base
- Identifying and analyzing project risks, monitor and control those risks
- Monitoring and controlling project work, schedule and budget
- Managing project invoicing and cash flow
- Identifying and managing changes during project execution
- Approving final project deliverables
- Identifying and communicating additional sales opportunities
- Administering the contract and closing the project
- Ensuring completeness of project documentation
- Documenting lessons learned and best practices
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good understanding of the background of the validation and inspection results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English
- Confidence and ability to build effective working relationships and work collaboratively within and across teams.
- Highly driven individual with reward based on the delivery of result.
- Willing to travel as and where required.
- Based in Beijing, China
