To strengthen our team in Radebeul (nearby Dresden) we are looking for a

Workgroup Lead (all genders welcome) in the area of Data evaluation

In this positon you will support the deputy manager and the head of department and will be responsible for an international team of approximately 25 employees.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
 

• Ensuring our operational business (project execution) by providing sufficient, suitable personnel for our processes
• Personnel planning; Personnel development and performance evaluation
• Capacity planning (overview of current and projected employee/team workload)
• Personnel assessment and development (education, training, career)
• Conducting appraisal interviews (development, conflict, salary, feeback appraisals)
• Provision of the required infrastructure
• Identification and development of key performance indicators
• Responsibility for occupational safety and health protection

What you will bring

• Successfully completed training or university degree
• Several years of professional experience
• Leadership experience is desirable
