
Head of Sales Office

ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ a Head of Sales Office (SLS).The Head of Sales Office will be responsible for the following:
- Recognizing and achieving goals, initiatives and core values as defined by ROSEN.
- Effective provision of resources in order to assure an efficient process execution.
- Analyzing for Continuous Improvement of the capabilities of all SLS members as needed to meet the process requirements ensuring that the members are trained and qualified to do their duties and tasks on a level which allows for individual as well as global flexibility.
- Leads, develops and motivates SLS members, especially via:
- Regular feedback discussions/sessions and scheduled performance appraisals,
- Oversight and development of remuneration, bonus and commission schemes for the SLS members,
- Career path planning (allowing for succession planning if/where needed),
- Development opportunities and training measures,
- Assisting in the development of order intake and turnover for the SLS members per their assigned clients.
- Delegates tasks and responsibilities to assigned and qualified SLS members.
- Ensuring that all relevant knowledge is maintained up to date in the relevant documentation and systems,
- Monitoring and maintaining established ROSEN business software systems, e.g. CRM.
- Assist in the understanding, the need, the creation and implementation of sales strategies in accordance with ROSENs Vision and Mission. Having a thorough understanding of clients’ needs and requirements.
- Optimizing the utilization of all SLS resources in cooperation with Business Execution and in the network with all entities locally supported by Collaboration.
- Communicating on a regular basis to required members on the relevant topics such as business status, organization, commercials, risks, strategy, etc.
- Enabling the need and opportunity to maintaining and expand relations with existing and new clients.
- Monitor, and support the need for, client visits.
- Participate in sales events to maintain sales objectives.
- Recognize the need, and fulfill, the effective utilization of the Uniform Process [UP].
- Review and suggest improvements for the acquisition phase of the Uniform Process [UP].
- Provide support in establishing client specific proposals within company sales strategies.
- Support and understanding in the generation and achievement of sales goals (order intake and turnover) by increasing client satisfaction and market share.
- Support the need to understand market trends and gathering competitive information, identification of trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
- Receive ROSEN product and service training.
- Contribute lessons learned at project closure.
Requirements
Qualification or Skills Required:- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Management, Business Management, Business Development, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of management experience including personnel
- Sales, Contracts, Proposals, Project Management experience is a plus
- Experience selling services to the Oil & Gas industry preferred
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Experience writing and conducting presentations in a corporate setting a plus.
- Demonstrated closer and high level of client service skills.
- Highly organized, flexible, and maintains confidentiality
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Must be a self-starter and be able to complete projects with limited supervision
- Proven ability to achieve positive results in a manner that drives efficiency
