ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ a CDIA Project Manager to manage awarded in-line inspection surveys from inception to completion. This Project Manager opportunity will work closely with the Field Service department.Requirements
Defined duties are:- Work in close cooperation with the Sales Manager and client to validate commercial, technical and contractual specifications (terms & conditions) for the assigned project and to ensure that the project is in accordance with ROSEN’s defined guidelines.
- Ensure that the project is completed with accuracy and within the client’s requested time frame.
- Provide acquisition & project estimation support
- Provide bid preparation & contract negotiations support
- Management of international projects (resource allocation, scheduling, priorities, etc.)
- Manage budget cost control, invoicing and turn-over
- Evaluate project and determine risk assessment
- Provide customer support and effectively communicate within ROSEN entities
Profile Requirements:
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment within the Oil- and Gas/ Pipeline industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business-Engineering or equivalent expertise
- Knowledgeable with the respective industry recognized standards used in pipeline inspection.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Possess Strategic & analytical competencies
- Ability to make good decisions under pressure as well as ability to accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
- A self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willing to travel internationally
