ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ a CDIA Project Manager to manage awarded in-line inspection surveys from inception to completion. This Project Manager opportunity will work closely with the Field Service department.

Requirements

Defined duties are:
  • Work in close cooperation with the Sales Manager and client to validate commercial, technical and contractual specifications (terms & conditions) for the assigned project and to ensure that the project is in accordance with ROSEN’s defined guidelines.
  • Ensure that the project is completed with accuracy and within the client’s requested time frame.
  • Provide acquisition & project estimation support
  • Provide bid preparation & contract negotiations support
  • Management of international projects (resource allocation, scheduling, priorities, etc.)
  • Manage budget cost control, invoicing and turn-over
  • Evaluate project and determine risk assessment
  • Provide customer support and effectively communicate within ROSEN entities

Profile Requirements:
 
  • 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment within the Oil- and Gas/ Pipeline industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Business-Engineering or equivalent expertise
  • Knowledgeable with the respective industry recognized standards used in pipeline inspection.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Possess Strategic & analytical competencies
  • Ability to make good decisions under pressure as well as ability to accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
  • A self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Willing to travel internationally
