Description

• Develop and execute regional strategies in cooperation with regional and global teams to drive the rapid growth of our integrity solutions business in the South America region.
• Continuous improvement of market understanding (e.g. regulatory changes, market trends, customer needs and competition)
• Ensure positive customer relationships across all client interfaces
• Efficient process execution from acquisition to final delivery of products and services to the defined quality, within defined time frame, and within cost budgets.
• Professional guidance of the local team
• Ensuring even workload distribution over time, specifically avoiding peaks
• Specify qualifications of the human and non-human resources needed for projects within the respective business line.
• Implement, check and sustain uniform processes and quality standards in the SA region provided by Group Business Line Management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on asset integrity management for complex engineering facilities in industries such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Chemical.
• An engineering and commercial background specifically in asset integrity management is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree / Engineering Technology Diploma (within a technical discipline is preferred). Additional degrees in Sales or Marketing are desirable.
• High level of expertise in the industry and high level of understanding around engineering products  and services
• PC literacy, especially with MS office packages.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Superior written and verbal English communication skills are required. English level C1 as defined by the CEFR standards is preferable
• Ability to be flexible within a variety of different roles to ensure projects are successful
• Ability to travel as required both locally and internationally
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and changes with professionalism
