Description

ROSEN USA, based in Houston, TX seeks to employ a Project Manager to manage tank inspection surveys from inception to completion. The Project Manager will work closely with members of multiple departments and will perform the following:

  • Work in close cooperation with the Sales Manager to validate commercial, technical and contractual specifications (terms & conditions) for the assigned service or survey and to ensure that it is in accordance with ROSEN’s defined guidelines.
  • Work in close cooperation with the Field Service Office to determine the available resources that will be utilized.
  • Will advise the Area Sales Manager of any changes requested by the client throughout the project’s life cycle.
  • Will work closely with the client to gather the inspection, testing and data handling parameters necessary for the project.
  • Determine the time frame for preparing inspection tools, gathering equipment for mobilization and staff necessary for the survey.
  • Follow-up with the Field Service Office on the status of the project and any deviations that may have occurred.
  • Ensure that the project is completed with accuracy and within the client’s requested time frame.
  • Accurately and completely satisfy all project closing tasks.
     

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of relevant experience working with ROSEN, as a Project Manager, or within the Non-Destructive inspection sector.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.  Associates or Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of the respective industry recognized standards used in tank inspection.
  • Up to 25% travel required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and capability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to make good decisions under pressure as well as the ability to accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames.
  • A self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands descripbed here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. 
  • Sit for prolonged periods of time at a desk performing computer PC work for a minimum of 8 hours a day.
