Due to our rapid growth; we are currently looking for a full time Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years directly related sales experience in Pipeline Inspection/Integrity field.  

Requirements

Detailed duties include:
• Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned regions.
• Seek to identify new markets and customers within the region.
• Identification, qualification, pursuit and capture all sales opportunities with the objective of maximizing sales.
• Develop, maintain and nurture relationships with customers.
• Lead the preparation, submission, tracking and closing of quotations and proposals.
• On award of contract, ensure effective handover to operations department for execution.
• Develop and implement strategies for key accounts, tenders and strategic deals.
• Make sales presentations to senior level customers.
• Work with internal team to prepare market assessments, competitive analysis and sales forecasts.

Qualifications or Skills Required:
The successful candidate should have the minimum qualifications and/or skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales Management, Business Management, Business Development, or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years directly related sales experience in the Pipeline Inspection / Integrity field is required.
• An engineering or commercial background as well as technical capabilities and commercial acumen is a necessity.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Experience writing and conducting presentations in a corporate setting a plus.
• Demonstrated closer and high level of client service skills.
• Technical ability to develop and maintain an effective key account program.
• High level of expertise in the industry and high level of understanding around engineering products and services.
• Proven negotiating skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate at all levels within customer organizations as well as within the ROSEN organization.
• Effective team contributor and member.

• Highly organized, flexible, and maintains confidentiality.
• Personnel management skills.
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to complete projects with limited supervision.
• Proven ability to achieve positive results in a manner that drives efficiency.
