Due to our rapid growth; we are currently looking for a full time Proficient Diagnostics Business Line Manager. The Proficient Diagnostics Business Line Manager will report to Vice President, Execution.  The Proficient Diagnostics (PDIA) consists of ROSEN’s metal loss, geometry, mapping and material properties in-line pipeline inspection services.  The PDIA Business Line Manager shall contribute to the highest realization performance by providing outstanding market know-how and maximum efficiency with the processes for the delivery of products and services from acquisition to execution as well as ensuring fast and successful project execution and highest customer satisfaction. 
Responsibilities:

• Recognizing and achieving goals, initiatives and core values as defined by ROSEN.
• Involved with Sales, Project Management, Operations Management.
• Monitoring of and striving for customer satisfaction.
• Requesting project-based assignments of project managers with precise requirement specifications.
• Monitor, guide and improve individual project performance (time, cost, quality).
• Solve conflicts in between different services and projects within the business line, and be constructive when conflict arise between different business lines and regions.
• Develop and execute regional market strategies in cooperation with Regional Business Execution, supported by Regional Business Collaboration and Resourcing.
• Continuous improvement of market understanding (e.g. regulatory changes, market trends, customer needs and competition)
• Requesting time-based assignments of sales engineers with precise requirement specifications.
• Define market messaging with input from regional collaboration and request support from Group business Line Management and marketing support.
• Ensure positive customer relationships across all client interfaces and align with relations of other Business Lines in the region or the group as needed.
• Efficient process execution from acquisition to final delivery of products and services to the defined quality, within defined time frame, and within cost budgets.
• Ensuring even workload distribution over time, specifically avoiding peaks, to enable Business Resourcing to effectively provide resources.
• Implement, check and sustain uniform processes and quality standards in the region provided by Group Business Line Management.
• Continuous improvement of the process efficiency and quality within the framework provided by the Group Business Line Management.
• Requesting time-based assignments of Process Professionals with precise requirement specifications.
• Efficient collaboration with Creation especially with respect to technical support.
• Effective & efficient achieving of specified targets
• Define Business Line specific tactics for the region (e.g., customer assignment to segmentation, target markets/customers, pricing).
• Set Project Execution goals for Project Managers.
• Set quality and efficiency targets for Process Professionals .
• Manage the business line budget.
 

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Business Development or Engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of sales, project management or operations management (or a combination of) is desired.
• Experience selling services to the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
• Service company type of experience with solid background in In-line inspection is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and written skills.
• Experience writing and conducting presentations in a corporate setting a plus.
• Demonstrated closer and high level of client service skills.
• Highly organized, flexible, and maintains confidentiality.
• Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to complete projects with limited supervision.
• Proven ability to achieve positive results in a manner that drives efficiency.
