HSE Coordinator
Location: CH-Stans / D-Lingen
What you can expect
The HSE Coordinator shall handle HSE related tasks and supports ROSEN with expertise around specific HSE systems and/or standards. He/she will be responsible for:
- Participating the implementation of a HSE management system
- Providing expertise on specific HSE system and/or standards
- Assistance of personnel in applying HSE systems and/or specific standards
- Planning, execution and closure of assigned projects
- Planning and execution of day to day tasks
- Expertise transfer about HSE systems and/or standards to respective functions
What you will bring
- Technical training with specialization in Occupational Safety or Health, Safety Engineering, Safety Science or Environmental Health
- Minimum 5 years practical experience in HSE function developing and implementing HSE programs
- Lead Auditor according to ISO 19011
- Experience in the Oil and Gas industry and related HSE information exchange platforms
- Regional HSE qualification if required (i.e. NEBOSH, Fachkraft Arbeitssicherheit, HVK, etc.)
- Proficient with management systems compliant to standards ISO 45001 and 14001
- Commitment to assist the Corporate in promoting a healthy, incident free workplace
- Ability to communicate with all levels of management as well as employees to help ensure clear understanding of HSE guidelines, rules, policy and procedures
- Experience in leading small teams
- Proficient in MS Office and Intelex
- Professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
