Junior Project Manager/Project Administrator
What you can expect
The Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the successful planning, coordination, and delivery of projects. Working closely with the Sales Manager and project teams, this role ensures that commercial, technical, contractual, and financial requirements are met in line with ROSEN's policies, procedures, and quality standards. The role combines project coordination, financial administration, and compliance support to enable efficient and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the Sales Manager to review and validate commercial, technical, and contractual specifications (including terms and conditions) for assigned services or surveys, ensuring compliance with ROSEN guidelines.

Assist with the planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of projects.

Develop and maintain project schedules, including planning and deployment of required resources.

Support project teams with work packages, timelines, and resource allocation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records in company systems.

Prepare and communicate project updates to internal teams and external stakeholders as required.

Ensure timely issuance and delivery of invoices.

Support budget tracking, risk monitoring, and quality control activities across projects.

Ensure compliance with finance procedures and guidelines applicable to the relevant legal entities.

Safeguard adherence to corporate policies, internal procedures, code of conduct, and applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of project administration processes.
What you will bring

Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Confident in explaining technical or project-related information clearly and effectively.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management tools is an advantage.

Sound understanding of financial and administrative procedures.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
