Talent Acquistion Specialist / Recruiter (all genders welcome)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
  • Recruitment of national and international professionals and managers for defined business areas
  • Independent implementation and further development of the recruiting and employer branding strategy
  • Proactive identification and direct approach of talents as well as development of networks via social media platforms and online portals
  • Review of application documents, Pre-selection of candidates and conducting interviews
  • Writing job advertisements in German and English
  • Providing expert advice to specialist managers on all aspects of the selection process
  • Designing, planning and participating in trade fairs and events to attract talent
  • Supporting and designing the onboarding process for new employees

What you will bring

To become part of the ROSEN family, you need empathy, proactive thinking and organizational skills. You also have:
 
  • Successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on HR 
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the recruiting field
  • Many years of experience in using modern recruiting tools in an international context
  • Independent working style, combined with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Innovative spirit to break new ground and develop individual solutions
  • Confident written and spoken German and English skills
