Process Professional /Field Service Completion Technician (all genders welcome)


Your responsibilities:

• First point of contact for advice, troubleshooting and rectification of technical and process-related problems
• Initiation of necessary measures to rectify errors and subsequent evaluation of effectiveness
• Carrying out quality checks and monitoring progress in various processes
• Analysis and documentation to identify and prevent causes of errors
• Development of improvement measures for work processes, instructions, checklists and training courses checklists and training
• Checking the performance of inspection equipment and services and documenting technical stability for early detection of systemic problems
• Preparing and finalizing the survey results in the relevant software/database for forwarding to data evaluation
• Preparing and submitting the data acceptance test report and archiving all relevant documents in the final version
• Recording all relevant data by the field technician and checking for completeness, quality and compliance with project requirements

 

What you will bring

• Completed studies in engineering or comparable qualification
• 4+ years of experience as Field Service Technician or technical function, 
• Tool Operator L2
• Experience in the field of process management
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proactive, organized and detailed way of working
• Strong communication skills
• Analytical and structured approach to complex problems
• Very good computer skills
• Willingness to travel internationally from time to time
