Evaluation Coordinator
Location: Rio de Janeiro
What you can expect
- Creating the initial time schedule considering the contractual obligations and the available resources.
- Coordination of activities, resources, equipment and information.
- Considering lessons learned, best-practice, and know-how from previous projects.
- Upon contract award defining/organizing the evaluation approach and sequence the activities (create a break down work structure for evaluation).
- Requesting and coordinating qualified personnel as required for evaluation performance.
- Providing to and requesting from team members the required information.
- Leading the data evaluation activities and monitoring evaluation related deliverables.
- Ensuring the assigned team is able to complete the deliverables in time, within budget and in compliance with our/customer QHSE standards.
- Escalate deviations of the project’s progress based on the timeline.
- Pro-active communication and coordination with other lead roles, evaluation team members and other stakeholders at an early stage (i.e. status updates, changes, …)
What you will bring
Bachelor Degree in Production Engineering or related areas.Advanced English Level (minimum B2).
Previous experience working in Planning and Control Projects and Production.
Background in PCP activities.
Prior knowledge and/or practical use of resource forecasting.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a fast paced enviornment.
Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation and analytic thinking skills, high level of urgency.
