Senior Processes & Systems Specialist (all genders welcome) - Corporate Supply Chain


In this role, you will work closely with the Corporate Head of Supply Chain and regional REC teams to ensure the highest quality and sustainability of supply chain support and services within the group.


Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data analyses on operational and financial key figures, and combine them (KPIs) using Power BI or other reporting tools.
  • Support the identification and analysis of opportunities and risks within the supply chain in close collaboration with the Head of Corporate Supply Chain.
  • Monitor and continuously optimize supply chain processes in cooperation with the heads of supply chain teams worldwide.
  • Identify training needs and resources in cooperation with regional supply chain managers.
  • Conduct and moderate initiatives and workshops to implement improvement measures.
  • Support and advise global supply chain teams regarding process and system-related issues.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM field or Business with a focus on Finance/Controlling/Corporate Management or SCM.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in areas such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, New
  • Product Introduction, and/or Logistics. Ideally, with experience in Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
  • Practical experience in the use of ERP and planning systems (Demand and/or Supply Planning) and/or experience in related projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of common methods and techniques in Supply Chain Management.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team orientation.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and strong analytical abilities.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
