What you can expect
To strengthen our team we are looking for aFactory Coordinator (all genders welcome)
As an interface between the worldwide locations and the production and assembly processes in Lingen, you will organize the production and delivery of our inspection equipment, sales products and spare parts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordination of inquiries and orders from our worldwide locations
- Planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling orders
- Clarifying technical and organizational issues
- Estimating production, assembly and test times in close coordination with the processes involved
- Cost monitoring and price calculation
What you will bring
- Completed studies in industrial engineering, industrial science or a similar field; alternatively, technical training with appropriate further training, e.g. as a technician, technical business economist
- Experience in the scheduling of production orders desirable
- Good MS Office skills
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Analytical thinking, a structured way of working and high level of communication skills
