What you can expect
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Head of Field Operations (all genders welcome)
to manage and guide our Field Operations team.This role demands a proactive, adaptable, and resourceful individual capable of maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Regularly assess and develop team skills to meet current and future demands.
- Effectively manage work planning to ensure resource efficiency.
- Test and implement procedures for new and strategically important services.
- Provide structured feedback from field operations on product and service performance to process professionals, product management, and developers to ensure effective continuous improvement.
- Perform financial planning and cost control for the department.
- Keep the team involved in updates on products, services, business strategies, and market trends.
- Maintain consistent and effective communication with ROSEN operational teams and management.
- Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and certificates to perform Field Service duties safely and in full compliance with regulations.
What you will bring
To become part of the ROSEN family, you have good communication, strong analytical and problem solving skills. Moreover you should bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience managing teams of 15+ employees.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
- 3–5 years of practical experience in Field Operations, preferably in the oil&gas service sector is required
- Excellent written and verbal German and English communication abilities.
- A proven track record of fostering a strong dedication to perform the given tasks in a safe and compliant way
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and influence employees and management
- High adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
