Requirements Engineer (all genders welcome)

Ever heard of pipeline inspections before? Pipeline inspections can gather huge amounts of sensor data.

If you feel at home in a technology driven environment and you know a thing or two about the development of high performance software, you might want to consider joining our diverse and creative team. We specialize in the processing and analysis of pipeline inspections – turning raw sensor data into meaningful representations that can be evaluated and further processed.

As a new member of the team you will receive all the support you need in order to get up to speed in this interesting and challenging field!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
 

• Define software requirements based on use cases collected from requesters
• Support the development team in transferring business requirements into features and product backlog items
• Verify the implemented functionalities together with the Product Owner and the development team
• Promote a mutual understanding of backlog items within the team and towards the Product Owner
• Support the transfer of results to the users and the lifecycle management (documentation, rollout)

What you will bring

• Degree in (Business) Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Professional experience in technical product or lifecycle management
• Advanced knowledge in requirements engineering
• Good understanding of software development processes as well as good presentation and communication skills
• High degree of initiative, commitment and team spirit
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Good verbal and written knowledge of German and English
