Sales Manager

Location: Oldenzaal


What you can expect

ROSEN EU, based in Oldenzaal, Netherlands, seeks to employ an International Sales Manager to support the company’s growth in the marketplace and reports to the Head of Sales.
 
Mission:
To drive revenue growth across our pipeline (cleaning, inspection, integrity services) services portfolio through both Outside Sales (new customer acquisition) and Account Management (assigned portfolio of existing accounts).

 
Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for the following:
  • Write annual sales plans for managed accounts, provide regular progress updates.
  • Develop a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities forecast and maintain ongoing opportunity forecast in our CRM system.
  • Leverage a strong internal network to provide first-level support to sales team members on any customer service-related issue to help identify appropriate resolution.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to Process Professional and Head of Sales.
  • Follow all defined company rules, trainings, processes and procedures.
  • Keep informed of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, competitive offerings, and technology developments.
  • Keep informed of relevant internal developments (technology, Products & Services, policies &procedures) by attending relevant training and on-going self-study.
  • Represent ROSEN to the external market with a high degree of professionalism verbally, written as well as representation.
  • Demonstrate leadership and expand internal network through participation on internal committee of choice (HS&E, Pathfinder, Events, Social Responsibility, Affinity Group).

What you will bring

Required Skills
  • Deep knowledge of customer business.
  • Formulate clear negotiating strategies, ability to navigate alternatives based on customer business value and objectives.
  • Ability to improve sales processes & systems in relation to changing customer behaviors.
  • Contributes to the development of Customer Value Propositions.
  • Ability to travel +30% is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
You must be available for 40 hours per week and living within a driving distance of one hour of our location in Oldenzaal.
 
Required Education & Experience
  • 4 - 6 years of related & relevant Sales experience in oil & gas, energy and/or pipeline industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technical degree or related experience.
