Senior Engineer

Due to our continued growth, our UK Integrity Management office in Newcastle Upon Tyne requires a Senior Engineer to work with engineers and technicians at all levels and from other disciplines within the business on commercial client projects as well as internal R&D initiatives.


Skills Required:

• 5-10 years proven risk related project experience
• Strong background in risk identification / management and mitigation processes
• Experience of facilitating client facing risk workshops
• Ability to develop and implement risk and reliability tools, models and processes
• Solid knowledge of relevant codes, standards and best practices
• An excellent communicator with a track record in delivering technical presentations and developing reports
• Ability to work closely and effectively with both internal and external clients
• A proven track record in developing business within a relevant engineering field
• Experience of development and implementation of integrity management systems
• Educated to a minimum of degree level in a relevant engineering discipline

Skills Preferred:

• Experience in pipeline / plant integrity management and risk analysis
• Previous experience with the development and implementation of pipeline / plant risk algorithms
• Experience of leading a project team
• Knowledge of inspection techniques including in-line inspection (ILI)
• Technical background in the development and implementation of risk based inspection systems in accordance with API 580 / 581 / 584
• Experience of working with integrity management software systems
• Development of Technical and Commercial Proposals
