As we continue our ambition to grow we are currently seeking to fill in the position of:

                                                          Commercial Specialist, BRA Sector 

The Commercial Specialist is responsible for check and prepare all the offers, contracts and tenders for our customers and potential customers ensure that all legal, technical and commercial risks are discovered and taken into account during proposal stage and contract negotiations.

 Main responsibilities:

• Ensure that the services that are sold can be fulfilled by the operational.
• Ensure that exposure to legal and technical risks is minimized.
• Clarification of tender and contract requirements with other processes or enterprises of the Group.
• Negotiate/ check scope and cost with required subcontractors, agents and partners.
• Preparation of proposal and contract specific documentation with the support of the relevant business, operational or supporting departments, subcontractors and partners. E.g. Procedures, Certificates, Reports, bank guarantees etc.
• Reviewing and suggesting legal terms and conditions together with Enterprise Legal
• Ensure that all legal, as well as insurance requirements that could not be resolved during contract negotiations are known and addressed appropriately.
• Request names for responsible of Project Managers for each awarded contract from the Project department and insert into the company systems.
• Entering technical and commercial information into company systems for Proposal, Prequalification and Contract phase.
• Responsible for Technical and Commercial Lead roles for the UP process


• A degree in Higher Professional Education as Enginnering (bachelor degree);
• The professional shall demonstrate experience in a (technical) Sales, Commercial or Project Administration, preferably with an international scope and in the oil and gas industry;
• Experience in private or public bids would be an asset;
• Strong commercial, financial and technical knowledge and understanding;
• Well-developed analytic and communication skills;
• English level B2 mandatory, Certificate CEFR;  Spanishis a plus.
• Teamwork skills & good understanding of cultural differences
• Autonomy, confidence and customer-focused mindset
