Head of Human Resources

The Human Resource Manager  is responsible to plan, direct and coordinate human resource management (HRM) activities in our operating company, with the goal to maximize the strategic use of human resources.

Main responsibilities (not limited to):

• Develop, maintain, improve, and implement human resources policies and procedures according to local requirements/needs and company guidelines.
• Work closely with the Local management by providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR services and keeping management abreast of issues that may affect company operations.
• Manage company and regional guidelines relating to employee relations, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with established policies and governmental laws and regulations. Reviews all terminations to ensure adherence to employment laws.
• Providing support and guidance as needed, including but not limited to, payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, data entry and maintenance of employee information systems.
• Drive the implementation of Company and Regional HR projects locally, including systems and procedures.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, improve our culture and increase retention.
• Represent company at personnel-related hearings and investigations and external legal matters.
• Ensure full compliance with local law and where needed, international labor law legislation.


• A degree in Higher Professional Education (bachelor degree). Master or equivalent degree is considered a plus.
• At least 5 years of working experience as HR Manager/Generalist, preferably with international responsibilities.  
Talent Management skills will be considered a plus.
• Affinity and interest in the Oil and Gas business.
• Ability to deal with different stakeholders, such as Management, Employees, works council etc.
• Flexible mindset and working attitude.
• Strong communication skills and good empathic capabilities.
• Effective facilitator of training and conference presentations
• B2 English level certificate under CEFR. * Mandatory
• Willingness to do short business trips is a plus
