To support our team in Lingen we are looking for:

HR Business Partner (m/f)

In your role as HR Business Partner you are supporting a defined range of employees as a competent partner for all personnel matters. You see yourself as a provider assisting our leaderships and colleagues acting with empathy and flexibility.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Implemention of the global strategy in the framework of corporate and personal objectives
  • Operative personnel activities as well as consultancy and support of leaderships and employees in all personnel-related questions
  • Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as recruiting, personnel development, finance and legal
  • Responsibility for project work
  • Ensuring and developing the quality of service and process optimization
  • Active monitoring and implementation of personnel individual measures
  • Support of an own subsection, possibly at different locations of the ROSEN Group
  • Close cooperation with the HR managers of global locations

Requirements

To become part of the ROSEN family, you have to possess excellent communication- and assertiveness skills, as well as an absolutely reliable working style. You bring also the following with you:

  • A university degree in law or economics with a focus on HR or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in generalistic embossed human resources management in an international, technical environment
  • Team-oriented personality with high social and intercultural competence
  • Sense of responsibility and quality as well as strong commitment
  • Good Experience with SAP
  • Very good German and English skills
