Sales Coach (m/f)
with disciplinary responsibility

As a Sales Coach you provide your team technical and methodical support. You will take over the disciplinary leadership of a global team in an exciting industrial environment. This includes in particular the development and coaching of the employees. In the future we further expand our diversified product and service portfolio into new markets as the market leader in the field of pipeline inspection.


  • Technical and methodical support of the assigned employees to achieve the objectives in the participating businesses
  • Conception, planning, and implementation of over regional course and training measures in cooperation with our Training Department
  • Creation and evaluation of individual development goals for the employees as well as the active coaching and promoting of them to achieve the defined objectives
  • Responsibility for an adequate onboarding process of new employees with the aim cause motivation on both sides to achieve corresponding success in Sales and Contracting
  • Ensuring the optimal application of the used systems and methods (e.g. CRM)
  • Regular reporting to the Group Management
  • Participation in operational sales as well as in the preparation of offers

  • Several years of leadership experiences and an understanding in the application of modern management methods
  • Professional experiences in an industrial environment as well as a good technical understanding

  • Fluent German and English language skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally
