We are looking for a:

Human Resources Developer (m/f)
Talent Management Specialist

As a Human Resources Developer at ROSEN, you take on an exciting task with the freedom to bring in your experience and expertise in order to shape sustainable Human Resources Development Processes.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Implementation of the global ROSEN Talent Management Strategy
  • Consultation and support of employees and managers on HR development related topics
  • Further development, implementation and coordination of target group-specific development concepts for different talent groups
  • Consulting different target groups on HR development activities and career development
  • Continuous monitoring of the quality and effectiveness of implemented HR development measures and talent programs
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating of HR development activities and talent programs
  • Conception, design, preparation and moderation of workshops and trainings
  • Working in various Talent Management related projects
  • Implementation of further modules of our Talent Management software
  • Cooperation with external service providers such as consultants and trainers

Requirements

To become part of the ROSEN family, you have professional consulting- and moderation skills. You are a highly motivated person that finds pleasure in working with people. Moreover you should have:

  • A degree in (business) psychology, business management or a comparable degree
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in HR development or Talent Management
  • A train the trainer or coaching certificate is desirable
  • Fluent English and German skills
  • Good computer skills (SAP, MS Office)
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • Teamwork, assertiveness and professional communication skills
  • Empathy and trustworthiness
  • Readiness to travel
