Overall Service Scheduling Manager

Description

Reporting to the Regional Resourcing Head, the OSSMM will:

• Pro-actively look ahead in existing service schedules, identify potential conflicts and solve them with respective parties.
• Continuously identifies and improves areas in the overall scheduling process.
• Reflect on past situations/decisions made, identify and communicate learnings and best practices to all parties involved.
• Increase the efficient usage of our tool fleet.
• Foresee and reduce shipment costs of tools.
• Increase customer satisfaction by avoiding movement of agreed inspection schedules.
• Pro-actively solve conflicts between customer scheduling, location specific requests, and project manager requests thus avoiding costly and often dissatisfying last minute project changes.
• Moderate scheduling conflicts between project managers.
• Coordinate and involve all parties to come to a quick and efficient solution in the company’s best interest.
• Escalate scheduling conflicts to BLMs level if necessary.
• Approve rental requests coming from other regions.
• Deliver solution options to relevant project managers and OSSM counterparts in other regions on future scheduling conflicts.
• Deliver improvement proposals on project/tool and scheduling/prioritization process to BLMs.
• Provide proposals for tool fleet extensions.
• Provide reports and information to the BLMs on regional matters.
• Provide reports and information to the Regional Resourcing Head on regional and global matters.

Requirements

Qualifications or Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates degree required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with the ROSEN Group in the in-line inspection business segment required.
• Prior project management skills preferred, PM certification is a plus
• Proficient in ROSEN Business Software (Inspect Progress, Statistics II)
• Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbally at all levels in English (B2 level as of the CEFR criteria).
• Must have excellent organizational and critical thinking skills, high level of urgency and accuracy, strongly motivated and have the ability to work independently, with little to no supervision, interact effectively with others at all levels.
• Must be able to resolve and manage conflict quickly and effectively.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal processes and departments.
• Good overall understanding of ROSEN’s product portfolio, business and commercial awareness.
