We are looking for a

Resourcing Manager -Distribution Office- (m/f)

As Resourcing Manager for the "Distribution Office" are your main activities the disciplinary responsibility for the team of sales, after sales and proposals & contracts, as well as active cooperation in sales.


Your Resourcing Responsibilities:

  • Planning personnel resources to integrate qualified employees from all ROSEN regions in ongoing projects
  • Planning, preparation and evaluation of a department budget
  • Ensure departmental knowledge transfer
  • Working closely with the executive and collaboration management within the matrix structure
  • Supporting professional development and career planning of the team members


Your Sales Responsibilities:
 
  • Efficient cooperation with other departments, to ensure a qualitative distribution
  • Support the sales managers in business operations
          

Requirements

  • A completed business degree or equivalent qualification
  • Perennial leadership experience
  • In-depth knowledge in sales
  • A strong sense of responsibility and strong social skills
  • A basic willingness to travel internationally
