Warehouse/Logistics Helper

Due to our rapid growth; we are currently looking for a full time Helper  to assist our Logistics team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, maintain a flexible work schedule, and use independent judgment and reasoning.
 

• Participate in inventory activities.
• Shipping and receiving assistance.
• Preparation and completion of logistics related documentation.
• Prepare and package domestic and international outbound orders.
• Load and unloading deliveries utilizing forklift.
• Create shipping labels using ROSEN proprietary software.
• Operate company truck for local order pick up and deliveries.
• Coordinate with and assist logistics personnel.
• Keep warehouse, shop, and stock yard clean and organized.
• Interact with operations personnel in order to fill spare parts kits.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of related experience within a warehouse environment is required.
• High school diploma is required.
• Post-secondary certification in the area of Supply Chain/Logistics./Procurement is an asset.
• Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities and changes with professionalism.
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service drive team environment.
• Ability to proactively problem-solve.
• Ability to follow company policy and procedures for daily operations.
• Clean class 5 Alberta Driver’s License and Drivers Abstract is required.
• Organization and Time Management skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
