RTRC Colombia, based in Bogotá, Colombia seeks to employ a highly skilled Software Developer to design and develop challenging software products for the Energy industry.The main responsibilities of a Software Developer are:
Design and implementation of software solutions.
Integration of software solution into the source code repository (Team Foundation Server).
Ensure the software quality applying testing techniques like white and black box testing.
Software solutions documentation.
Promote and contribute the realization of software architecture goals.
To be actively committed with the team dynamic reporting ongoing, finished, blocker issues, and improvement opportunities.
Maintenance of the software solutions.
Requirements
4+ Years of relevant software development experienceEngineer or related bachelor degree
Proficiency in software design techniques, including object-oriented analysis and design techniques
Proficiency in Service Oriented Architectures
Proficiency in SOAP, RESTFUL, XML-Based Technologies and WS-* Standards
Proficiency in C# and .Net Framework technologies (WFC, WPF, WF)
Ability to make good decisions under pressure, as well as ability to accomplish multiple tasks in limited time frames
A self-motivated, pro-active individual who is able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
A customer oriented individual with skills in problem solving
Preferred but not required
Experience working with agile methodologies
MCSD or related certifications
Proficiency in team foundation server and ALM concepts
Post bachelor degree in software engineering or related
Good communication skills in native and English language.
