IT Service Engineer Cloud Services, Azure & O365 (all genders welcome)


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a comprehensive cloud strategy aligned with the organization's goals, with a focus on Azure and M365 services
• Implement monitoring and optimization strategies to maximize resource utilization, profitability and availability in Azure and M365
• Advising and training our internal and external customers on cloud topics
• Analyzing and resolving disruptions in the cloud and server area
• Creating and maintaining documentation on cloud architectures, configurations and processes
• Automate processes with PowerShell to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention

 

What you will bring

To become part of the ROSEN family, you convince very good communication skills and customer orientation. Moreover, you should bring with you:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Services with a focus on Azure and M365
• You have completed training as an IT specialist for system administration, a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
• Microsoft Cloud certifications are desirable
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices, identity management and compliance standards
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Willingness to travel
• Good command of English and very good command of German
