At ROSEN Europe, we recognize the importance of liquid and gas storage in various industries. We are dedicated to safeguarding the integrity of these storage facilities to prevent external and internal corrosion, cracking, mechanical and metallurgical damage, as well as welding issues and leaking valves. These challenges have the potential to harm valuable assets.
 
Our on-site support team is committed to conducting fast, comprehensive inspections and providing integrity service support to minimize the costs of out-of-service valuable assets. As a part of our growing and forward-thinking organization, we are currently searching for a Tank Inspector to strengthen our team.
 
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
 
We are in search of a Tank Inspector (EEMUA 159 and/or API 653) to complement our team based in the Netherlands. The ideal candidate should have experience working at heights and in confined spaces. Experience in inspecting storage tanks is a prerequisite, along with one or more of the following accreditations:
 
  • EEMUA 159 / API 653;
  • STI SP001;
  • UT Level 2 (ISO 9712);
  • Experience with other NDT activities such as MT, ET, PT is beneficial but not essential.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
 
The role of a Tank Inspector encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including:
  • Conducting inspections at elevated heights and within confined spaces.
  • Performing comprehensive examinations of storage tanks following industry best practices.
  • Identifying and documenting necessary repairs and maintenance intervals required for legal compliance.
Preparing detailed reports and conducting technical reviews of documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

What you bring along

In addition to the technical qualifications, candidates should demonstrate the following attributes:
 
  • A strong customer-oriented approach and the ability to interact effectively with clients.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility regarding travel and accommodation, with a willingness to work overtime as required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU and a valid passport for travel.
 
Please note that the role of a Tank Inspector is a key position within our organization.
 
A Certificate of Good Behavior is a mandatory requirement for employment at ROSEN, and we will reimburse the costs associated with the application for this certificate.
