Maintenance Technician Mechanic

Description

Rosen Australia Pty Ltd is hiring for a Maintenance Technician Mechanic to assembles, repairs and tests equipment used for various kind of products & services and provide the associated documentation. As and when required, they will also prepare and execute field service activities.

Main Responsibilities

• Preparing and assembling the mechanic equipment in accordance to drawings, parts lists, manuals and configurations provided by Tool Customizer
• Visual checking of all mechanic modules
• Repairing equipment according to given instructions
• Checking all equipment for completeness and correct function, in order to ensure that the equipment fulfill the job requirements as specified.
• Documenting assembled equipment in ROSEN software databases, and reporting documentation problems
• Providing the required test reports and other documentation
• Supporting site personnel in mechanic matters
• Carrying out all activities in accordance with the ROSEN Quality & HSE guidelines and instructions
• Prepare & Execute shipments between workshop and site.
• Confirm incoming & outgoing material is free from hazardous substances.

 

Requirements

Required Skills:

• Mechanically minded, good skills in assembling equipment
• Willingness to travel as per operational needs
• Good skills in using a variety of hand/ power tools
• Understanding of mechanical drawings
• Good communication skills
• Trouble shooting skills, ability to solve problems & look for improvements

Education & Experience:

• Education/work experience with emphasis in mechanics
• Ability to pass medical checks as well as multiple client-site required drug and alcohol tests
• Proof of COVID Vaccine
