Business Development Manager

Description
Due to our continued growth, we require a Business Development Manager to grow our pipeline performance business in Australia and work with our external and internal teams to develop customer relationships, secure contracts, and grow our business across the Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea markets.As a member of the Sales team at Rosen Group you will be responsible for:
- Helping customers improve pipeline throughput performance with the use of flow assurance, pigging and engineering support.
- Developing and growing client relationships, both new and existing, which align with ROSEN’s strategic plans, by seeking to establish win-win partnerships.
- Collaborating with the operational teams, leveraging ROSEN’s global capabilities to bring innovative and smart solutions to new and existing customers.
- Proactively develop a pipeline of opportunities according to plan and optimise sales outcomes.
- Working closely with the Proposal team to prepare compelling bid submissions.
- Discover up to date knowledge on current market activity including key trends across, major clients, competitors, and potential partners.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in flow assurance, pipeline engineering consultancy OR pipeline operations,
- Solid understanding of the various stages of the pipeline life cycle, including commissioning, operations and decommissioning,
- Solid experience in business development activities,
- Excellent communicator, experience in delivering technical presentations and developing strong customer relationships,
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in a related engineering or science discipline,
- Strong business awareness to translate customer needs into solutions.
