To strengthen our Project Management team in Lingen​​, we are looking for a

Project Manager (all genders welcome) - In-line Inspections


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Planning and management of the entire project implementation and the project teams
  • Accountability for achieving the project objectives in terms of budget, schedule and quality
  • Examination of the contractually agreed scope with regard to legal and commercial terms and conditions
  • Executing the projects in accordance with the client's expectations, HSE rules and company guidelines
  • Decision on all relevant measures to achieve the project goals, such as the use of resources and financial means
  • Compilation of the project teams in close cooperation with the department managers 
  • Influence on the selection of suppliers and contractors
  • Conflict management within and between projects or cross-functional areas

What you bring along

  • Successfully completed business/technical studies or comparable apprencticeship
  • Experience in handling project management methods and 2-5 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Ability to build business relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Good leadership and communication skills as well as interpersonal negotiating skills in an international environment
  • Independent, self-confident and customer-oriented way of thinking
  • Ability to effectively control processes and activities under deadline pressure in a results-oriented manner
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German
  • Willingness to travel
