The Treasury Specialist/Financial Analyst ensures regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation for respective legal entities. The Treasury Specialist/Financial Analyst has the responsibility (and is obliged) to carry out all activities in accordance with the ROSEN Quality & HSE-manual and ROSEN Quality & HSE-guidelines.

Main responsibilities:

- Register and control accountant operations in the systems, (prepare, record and distribution).
- Updated and keep accountant documents and support the operations for accountant area.

Key Tasks

- Provide, develop and improve monthly financial reporting on entity level, incl. comments and derivation / initiation of respective measures.
- Provide ad-hoc Analyses.
- Ensure the financial budgeting-processes of the legal entity.
- Develop and implement processes and methods for financial forecasting (P+L & Cash).
- Ensure and develop internal cost- and managerial accounting, i.e. cost center accounting, product costing, direct costing and internal cost allocation.
- Develop, implement and lead financial budgeting processes and guidelines for the legal entity.
- Develop and strengthen the finance perspective of entity ICS. Define and introduce respective guidelines.
- Support and consult from finance perspective the development and continuous improvement of project-controlling processes and methods.
- Support and consult from finance perspective business development activities, business-plans and -cases. Ensure integration of respective planning in the legal entity financial planning.
- Develop and implement effective MIS based on KPI’s from financial perspective.
- Key note: Transparent and effective financial reporting.
- IT-Systems in the area of financial analysis
- Cash Flow management intercompany
- Monitor liquidity and credit lines of companies
- Provide and insure liquidity of the Group
- Organize bonds by banks for customers
- Provide guarantees to banks and customers
- Support funding of investments for Group companies
- Monitor capitalization of Group companies
- Organize and monitor third party and Group loans
- Provide guidance on financial management
- Provide treasury information for Group management
- Pension funds management Switzerland
- Main responsibility for Group insurances
- Support incorporations and company reorganizations
- Administrative support of Group companies
- Handling of third party and Group contracts
- Local facility management


Professional Accountant  graduated.
At least  4 years of working experience in accountant tasks: invoices, bank and others.
Knowledge and previous experience handled taxes and magnetically media.
English level B2 mandatory Certificate CEFR
SAP Knowledge preferable.
IFRS knowledge, courses will be a plus
DIAN relationships and knowledge will be a plus.
