Description

The Accountant Analyst is responsible for support the operational tasks for the accountant area. The Accountant Analyst has the responsibility (and is obliged) to carry out all activities in accordance with the ROSEN Quality & HSE-manual and ROSEN Quality & HSE-guidelines.
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Register and control accountant operations in the systems, (prepare, record and distribution).
  • Updated and keep accountant documents and support the operations for accountant area.
Key Tasks
  • Check and encode transactional documents (invoices, purchase orders, fixed assets, item lists).
  • Register the transactional accountant records into the system.
  • Ensure the update and maintenance of accounting records efficiently.
  • Provides support and recommendations to the leader in taxes issues.
  • Monitor and ensure accurate accounts under his/her responsibility in the financial statements.
  • To Follow-up and to support reconciliation of Accounting Accounts
  • Support the analysis of the information reported to the region current figures versus budgets and previous periods
  • To follow-up and to support for the conciliation between accounting and fiscal books
  • Payments to vendors.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Professional Accountant  graduated or ending carrier.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in accountant tasks: invoices, bank and others.
  • Knowledge and previous experience handled taxes and magnetically media.
  • English level B2 mandatory Certificate CEFR
  • SAP Knowledge preferable.
  • IFRS knowledge, courses will be a plus
  • DIAN relationships and knowledge will be a plus.
  • Work team oriented, social and leadership skills compatible with the company’s core values
