We are looking for a

Best Practice Specialist (all genders welcome)
for our company in Lingen

  • Implementation of a continuous improvement process within the organization
  • Identification and visualization of room for improvement
  • Providing improvements, decision proposals and solutions to close gaps within established control loops
  • Facilitating of improvement projects
  • Moderating and documentation of events based on ROSEN's root cause analysis process
  • Preparation of concepts for process optimization using benchmarks and best practices


To become part of the ROSEN family, you have a structured, conceptual and analytical style of work. Moreover you should bring with you:
  • Degree in economics and/or engineering
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in an industrial- or consulting company
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively communicate across all management and organizational levels
  • Experience in moderation and project management
  • Experience in Six Sigma and LEAN as well as methods expertise desirable
  • Structured, conceptual and analytical style of work
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
