Operative Controller / Company Business Analyst (m/f)


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Determining and observing of performance indicators (PIs)
  • Aligning the PI system with the business strategy
  • Standardizing the business reporting and designing the internal Business Intelligence solution
  • Maintaining and improving the data quality
  • Analyzing the commercial and operative performance (ad hoc & periodically)
  • Identifying and reporting of potential performance improvements
  • Reporting to and consulting of the top- and middle management
  • Supporting business partners on business decisions
  • Identifying and consolidating analyzing needs
  • Maintaining the basis for a stable and consistent reporting infrastructure (in close collaboration with the internal software development)
  • Working in close collaboration and as an interface between Management, Finance, Advisory
  • Supporting local business analysts
  • Supporting the yearly budgeting process

Requirements

  • Successful completed study in business administration respectively business management or comparable degree
  • Ideally first experience with operative and / or financial controlling
  • High IT affinity and very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical thinking and good understanding of complex processes
  • Motivation to work on a project in a team setup
  • Good communication skills in German and English (verbally and writing)
  • Good presentation skills
