For our team we are looking for a

IT Asset & License Manager (m/f)


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Organize and optimize the global processes, guidelines and interfaces of the software asset management
  • Monitor the market developments and identify potential optimization for software licenses, framework contracts, maintenance contracts and organize the necessary negotiations
  • Consult the departments regarding the internal software, coordinate coaching and oversee the requirements
  • Analyze and monitor the software usage and provide license reports
  • Act as the contact person for the software manufacturers and take care of audits
  • Interface and close cooperation between the internal IT and the IT procurement
  • Organize and optimize the global hardware asset needs to prepare, analyze and monitor financial budget forecasts
  • Cooperate and support in all issues of the hardware and software procurement
  • Cooperation and support in internal IT projects

Requirements

  • Associate's degree/certifications and/or Technical degree preferred
  • 3-5 year’s experience in the Information Technology
  • Strong analytical skills, good judgment, proven problem solving abilities
  • Good understanding of work processes
  • Ability to multi-task, highly organized, detail orientated and works with a high degree of accuracy
  • Good command of the English language both written and spoken
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with clients to establish the best solution
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Ability to establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals
