For our ROSEN Germany team we are looking for a

HSE Manager (m/f)


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consulting of the management and the functional responsibilities in all questions related to occupational safety and environmental protection
  • Contact person for clients and authorities in the field of occupational safety and environmental protection
  • Development of safety risk assessments and providing solutions for detected defects
  • Coordination, ensuring and further development of the management syste according to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 
  • Preparation and provision of internal and external audits
  • Analysis of incidents and audit-results as well as the introduction and tracking of derived measures
  • Maintenance and further development of safety and environmental standards
  • Responsibility for tracking compliance with applicable rules and regulations
  • Conception and provision of internal trainings and instructions
  • Participation in local and global projects related to HSE

Requirements

To become part of the ROSEN family, you convince through an highly motivated and an independent way of working. Moreover you should bring with you:
  • A completed technical studies or a comparable task-based qualification
  • Ideally further qualification as an occupational safety specialist or fire safety engineer
  • Minimum of five years working experience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge and experience in auditing in according to ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
  • Experience in environmental management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German
